Today my total percentage of weight loss is 15.16%! And on top of that, I am in the best shape of my life. I am now consistently running at least 2 miles four nights a week and looking forward to adding in one more day once my darling 6 month old decides to let me sleep at night. I still have a lot of work to do but I am taking it one day at a time. My overall goal has always been to get to a healthy weight for my height and that is 135, so 22 more pounds to go!

Total Loss: 7.6 lbs (28.1 overall!)
