Another Fit4acause Triple Challenge in the books! It was a little different this year, as I am recovering from COVID and two of our kiddos were not home to join us. But we made the best of the day and we love supporting such a great cause. I walked the 3 miles and then did some yoga. That was all my body could handle this year. I'll be back to take on the 10 mile bike ride next year! 💪🏻#strongenough
