Tonight was supposed to be his debut at The Palace Theatre but unfortunately too many kids in the cast tested positive for COVID yesterday and therefore it will need to be postponed.
He has worked so hard since being cast in this show and it was such a blow to get this close. Thankfully it's not canceled but it means more crossing our fingers and doing our voodoo chants that he stays healthy so when the show does go on he's able to perform! 🤞🏻
Tears of disappointment were shed in the moment and now he moves on. Auditions for his school musical are today. I'm proud of how resilient he has become but also sad that he has to be so resilient.
