Happy Easter! πŸ‡πŸ£πŸŒ·

It was another quiet holiday.  I am looking forward to when everyone is vaccinated so that we can gather safely again.

Bring it on 2021. πŸŽ‰πŸΎπŸ₯‚

2021 is off to an epic start! Full on Charlie Brown fall flat on my back on my hike this morning. That will teach me to take my phone out for a picture without checking my footing first. 🀦🏻‍♀️πŸ˜†πŸ“Έ
It wasn't the view I was going for! But it was still beautiful blue skies for days! It's only looking up from here! πŸ˜‰

Evan's turn for a room makeover. It was time to say goodbye to the frogs, butterflies, caterpillars and ladybugs. It was cute when we first moved into this house and he was one. Now he's a big kid finishing his last year in elementary school. πŸ₯Ί

On account of the pandemic our traditional NewYearsAPalooza was via zoom!  It wasn't the same, but it was better than nothing!

 Happy Thanksgiving! πŸ¦ƒ

It was a quiet holiday this year due to COVID, but we still had to make sure to have some turkey!

Happy Thanksgiving! πŸ¦ƒ Missing all of our family today. My annual picture is looking a lot different this year. 🀷🏻‍♀️

Mom. I can haz turkey too? πŸ¦ƒπŸ˜Ή

I am the only pie person in the house, so I made dark chocolate bourbon bundt cake with a chocolate bourbon glaze for dessert instead. πŸ₯ƒ

First Babe Ruth game in the books! They lost but they looked good, made some good plays and David even took the mound for an inning. There will be a learning curve hitting against some big kids who throw hard, but it was a fun game! It's so great to be back at the field with some awesome baseball families! ⚾

And it would not be the start of the baseball season without a trip Arnie's for a post game treat! 🍦

Double header baseball at 9am and 11am. They won the first game and lost the second but had a good rally that came up just short late in the game. David came in relief to pitch in the Bottom of the 6th. It was a 1, 2, 3 inning. Not too shabby! ⚾ @ Oyster River High School

Virtual Rock N Race 5K with the boys this afternoon. πŸƒ‍♀️ Charlie mapped our route in the neighborhood and we beat the rain to get it done! I still hate running but I am definitely in better shape than when I ran it last year. πŸ’ͺ🏻

I guess I need to get used to cleaning white baseball pants! 🀦⚾πŸ˜†

Been up for 12 hours, and arrived in Portland, ME a little before 8am for double header baseball. ⚾ They lost both games which was a bummer, but we got to enjoy a lovely lunch on the wharf, which was not a bummer! Stick a fork in me, I'm done.

Tried out the Winnipesaukee River Rail Trail today! Nice views along the way. Not well marked once you get into Tilton but otherwise a fun ride! 🚴‍♀️ @ Winnipesaukee River Trail Association.

We're supposed to be in Paris right now. πŸ—ΌπŸ˜• So we're making the best of it with a morning of paddle boarding on the river! 🚣🌞

After a morning trip on the river, we decided to take advantage of needing a part for some electrical work we're having done out by our pool in Portsmouth and have dinner out there.  It was hot in the sun, but the view was amazing!

Happy Father's Day!

We had a socially distant cookout to celebrate the Doc, my Dad and my brothers.  We kept is simple with some hamburgers and hot dogs and individual bags of chips!

My gym-mate gave me a sample of some Bushmills she brought back from Ireland to try!
