Today we finished quick getaway with some more skiing for the boys and I opted to hit up some snow shoeing trails. We spent the night at a The Cranmore Inn Bed and Breakfast and I was super impressed with how they were handling COVID guidelines. The boys especially loved the individual wrapped treat we received upon our arrival.

I met the boys back at Attitash for lunch and asked them to send me a selfie from the top summit since I wasn't there to take it myself! I always appreciate it when the Doc humors me!
The views the boys had today! The clouds rolled in after lunch so I was glad the 14 year old thought to take a summit picture!

We did a quick local get away to do some skiing. Our original plans were to go to VT for 3 nights but due to COVID we decided to stay in NH. We headed up to the Conway for the night area and tried some new mountains. Today we were at Wildcat. The weather was perfect and the views were stunning.
I got a lot of compliments from other moms today! 😂

No big party for the Superbowl this year made me sad so I'm eating my feelings with an Italian feast of eggplant and chicken parm!
I'll need to work out extra hard at the gym tomorrow. 😂

David and I made homemade pappardelle pasta and served it with with a beef short rib ragu. It was delicious! Next he wants to make fettuccine alfredo! 😋
